    Amplifying local engagement for Canada’s biggest restaurant chain.

     

    Boston Pizza

    With more than 350 locations from coast to coast, Boston Pizza had established Facebook pages for each of their individual restaurants using the social network’s Locations framework (previously called Parent-Child). However they were looking for a way to more easily manage their rapidly growing network and improve local engagement. After reaching out to Facebook for assistance, they were directed to Brand Amplifier.

    The Brand Amplifier organic posting platform enabled Boston Pizza to cascade content (including posts, apps and timeline images) across all of their Facebook pages, or to select pages grouped by geographies, demographics or any other targetting variable. The posts appear 'from' the local store and the content can be automatically localised via dynamic fields. Brand Amplifier also enabled them to consolidate their Facebook alerts and reports in a single dashboard, while still enabling individual restaurant owners to engage with their community by posting their own local content and promotions.
