New users must register and be approved by admin, or can receive automatic approval if they have a permitted email address. Subsequent user logins are via an SSL encrypted login page. 

We take the protection of your user data just as seriously, with our applications transmitting data over 128-bit encryption. Intrepia undertakes regular testing by independent CREST approved security specialists and our hosting environment is also regularly audited.

Groups and permissions

Users can be grouped according to their division and location. These groups can be used to set roles and permissions to assets and various workflows and output types.  This is an important feature that allows multiple business divisions, management levels, or national or global regions to all enjoy the functional benefits of the Brand Library, while having exclusive access (if required) to the assets and services that are relevant to them.

Easy search and flexible asset detail pages

Your assets are displayed as visual previews on a single scrolling page, with the ability to quickly refine your search via filters and free text search. With no page loading required, locating your assets is fast and seamless. Once the user clicks through to the asset details page – a larger preview is viewable, along with file and rights information and the actions that can be performed with the asset.  Educational or user guide content can be included on this page, fully manageable by client admin. Audio and video files can be played in-browser.

Brand Library has all the functions you would expect from a world-class brand management platform:

  • Download single assets or select multiple assets and download all at once with ‘baskets’
  • Select multiple assets and share with other system users or an external parties
  • The system can generate multiple ‘renditions’ for each asset giving users flexibility to choose the file type or size they require e.g. low res video for digital use, or high res for digital display, or in the case of images TIFF, JPEG, PNG, GIF or EPS files can be resized and re-coloured.
  • IP rights acceptance prior to download, placing responsibility on users and providing an audit trail. Assets with expired rights are removed from view automatically
  • Large assets automatically ‘zipped’ to simplify download
  • Admin can create ‘collections’ of newly released assets which can be downloaded as a set by users
  • ‘Bulk processing’ of assets including upload, publishing status (to live or archive) adding keywords and metadata or changing taxonomy classification.
  • Standard or custom reporting dashboard to analyse asset usage.
